Nevertheless, a good use of white privilege here & I would love to see more of it.
🧐🤔I often wonder if minority academics can name (>/=) 5 states where they could live & work w/o compromising their quality of life and/or relative sense of safety. Add availability of TT positions in their area of expertise vs. # of applicants for said positions & stir. 🫣🫤
