Mohammad Ghouse (50) sexually assaulted a 12 yr old and tried killing her by pushing her from 5th floor.

He assumed that she'd die, but miraculously she survived and revealed the truth.

The girl is the daughter of Ghouse's apartment watchman. 15 days earlier also he assaulted her and the girl complained it to her mother. The mother told it to a woman in the same apartment. That woman had warned the girl's mother not to send her daughter out alone.

When Ghouse's wife was not at home and the girl was roaming on the same floor of his flat in the apartment, he dragged the girl inside his house and sexually assaulted her.

Mohammad Ghouse has been booked under POCSO and attempted to murder sections.

माननीय न्यायमूर्ति नागरत्ना और न्यायमूर्ति महादेवन की पीठ के समक्ष आया था। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि वह 2014 में प्रमाती एजुकेशनल एंड कल्चरल ट्रस्ट मामले में यह फैसला दे चुका है कि माइनॉरिटी स्कूलों पर RTE एक्ट लागू नहीं होगा।

📄 माइनॉरिटी एजुकेशन से संबंधित 2004 के प्रावधानों में भी माइनॉरिटी की परिभाषा नहीं दी गई है।
आज तक माइनॉरिटी की पहचान करने के लिए —
❌ कोई आयोग नहीं बनाया गया
❌ कोई विशेषज्ञ समिति नहीं बनी
यह भी आज तक तय नहीं हुआ कि —
❓ माइनॉरिटी 1% होगी, 2% होगी या 3%
❓ पहचान राज्य स्तर पर होगी या राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर
❓ जिला स्तर पर पहचान होगी या नहीं
❓ माइनॉरिटी की यूनिट 100 होगी, 1000 होगी, लाख होगी या करोड़ होगी
📜 भारत के संविधान में माइनॉरिटी की कोई परिभाषा नहीं है।
⚖️ भारत के किसी भी कानून में माइनॉरिटी की स्पष्ट परिभाषा नहीं है।

🚨 Shocking incident in #NaviMumbai!

A Christian nurse has been accused of repeatedly desecrating idols of Shri Ganesh and Radha-Krishna belonging to another hospital employee with whom she shared accommodation. According to the complaint, she objected to the employee's personal shrine, shifted the shrine near a shoe rack, threw the sacred idols aside, and arrogantly declared: "I am a Christian. I do not want your Gods in front of me. I do not believe in your Gods."

This was not an accidental act—it is alleged to have been a deliberate and repeated insult to Hindu faith and sacred deities. Such brazen contempt for the religious beliefs of others has no place in a civilized society.

Following the intervention of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti, an FIR has been registered at Nerul Police Station.
