Tried a few new things, differences from Patrick Raffle

1. Patrick used for loops but I have used version based mapping.

2. I used OpenZeppelin non-reentrant & ConfirmedOwnerWithProposal file by Chainlink.

3. The result is same but in many areas the code differs
