@3TonyStark3@rawr___0_o@Iiamhorne@Rothmus According to the Bible, what we all deserve is to burn in hell, save for the grace and mercy of God. Do you really feel like that aligns with your position here that it's good that he used disproportionate force to escalate physical violence?
@3TonyStark3@rawr___0_o@Iiamhorne@Rothmus I didn't say scripture bans self-defense. But "she got what she deserved" does not match up with the love and forgiveness Christ teaches.
Can't stress this enough: vilifying your friends and family members who supported Trump is not the answer.that just leads to more polarization, more hatred. We need to learn why people voted the way they did. We need to engage in conversations. We need empathy not hate.
Make no mistake the republicans cheated. All they did was appeal to their most extreme base, you’re not allowed to do that. You have to alienate the base and focus all your energy on winning over a median voter you made up. It’s not fair
@smr0se@CRes675717@elderofziyon 33,000 Pennsylvanians voted for Stein. Trump won PA by 130k votes. The information is available to you if you want to look at it before making claims.
The Democratic party chose their donors over their voters. They alienated far too many people who have always, always supported them, by doubling down on support for Israel's genocide in Gaza. Every single Dem I know who voted for Harris "held their nose", choosing her as the "lesser of two evils." You need to have people who actually support you to win.
Kamala Harris proudly said: "I will appoint Republicans to my cabinet. Trump supporters will have a seat at the table when I am President".
that was her pitch. She went on a tour with Liz Cheney, touting the endorsement of Dick Cheney. That was her campaign. Look at the result
At no point in history has neoliberalism been the thing that stopped fascism. It's always been leftists.
Right now is still the time it always is. Time to get out in the streets, organize, and build solidarity in your community.
If you're taking the time to gloat now, grow up.
Obed Vargas ejected for dissent. He had just been carded for slowing a restart. FWIW, ref had allowed Timbers to make similar shows of dissent at least twice earlier in game with no card.
