I had the honor of creating the Duskfade Walkthrough video for the PlayStation YouTube Channel!
Easily one of the coolest opportunities I've had doing content creation. Big thanks to @FireshineGames & @WeirdBeluga for trusting me with this ๐

This is actually one of Zackโs core character flaws, and itโs ultimately what leads to his downfall. Just like how Aerithโs death is deeply tied to her greatest strength, her selflessness, which also becomes her greatest flaw because sheโs willing to sacrifice herself for others, Zackโs flaw is his need to be the impossible man. He constantly takes responsibility for everyone around him and believes that if he just tries hard enough, he can save everyone. Itโs an incredibly admirable trait, but it also means he rarely accepts his own limitations and repeatedly takes on burdens no one person could realistically carry. Zack canโt stand the idea of leaving someone behind or failing to protect the people he cares about, so he keeps pushing forward no matter the odds. Thatโs what makes his story so tragic I think (and why some people see him as cookie cutter). His downfall doesnโt come from selfishness or a lack of courage, but from one of his most heroic qualities being taken to its absolute extreme. In the same way Aerithโs compassion and self sacrificing nature ultimately leads her to give everything for others, Zackโs unwavering desire to save everyone eventually costs him everything too
the weird thing about reading so much as a child and gaining a huge vocabulary from that is i can't define a lot of the words i use, i just know that they would fit correctly in a specific sentence. does anyone else experience that?
