How about @fmupatsbaseball under first year head coach Jeff Jefferson, starting out the season with a home sweep?

The Patriots scored 11+ runs in both games of yesterday's doubleheader.

It helps when you grab some guys out of the portal like Rayth Peterson (UIC) and Will Dorrell (Winthrop) who each had 5 hits over the weekend.

It helps when Owen Taylor (who had 31 RBI for FMU last year) get 7 in one weekend.

It helps when the entire rotation, none of whom pitched a game for FMU in 2024, combined for a 2.40 ERA.

This is a well coached team with some great coaches, so look out for this squad.
