On Weds, my wife & I had the amazing opp to see the Bidens speak on base. Afterward, my wife squeezed up front, told @POTUS she was a trans service member, and he pulled her into a heartfelt hug ๐ญ I also got a handshake. The tone shift & his support is incredible. #PrideMonth
With deep respect for those who came before me, gratitude for those who have supported me & great concern for the generation of trans youth we must all protect, please join me and decry anti-trans legislation, hate & discrimination in all its forms.
After a hiatus, we're back with a new interview of professor & historian @activisthistory! Learn why they wrote their book "Female Husbands: A Trans History," why queer & trans history is often erased, and what our community can learn from the past: https://t.co/RmlJ8wwsLE
I had the honor of serving as editor-in-chief for this issue and writing the cover story on the trans service ban repeal. Love when I can combine my passions with my work!

@TheElliotPage You are going to save so many lives with your transmasculine visibility. Thank you for bravely doing this in the public eye. When you receive hate, just remember how many of us have your back! Kudos on taking this beautiful step toward living authentically.
To transgender and gender-nonconforming people across America and around the world: from the moment I am sworn in as president, know that my administration will see you, listen to you, and fight for not only your safety but also the dignity and justice you have been denied.
The answer is clear. @JoeBiden is the candidate who supports the LGBTQIA community, and our families and friends need to realize our rights, livelihoods, and safety are under threat when they vote for Trump. #vote
LISTEN to Counsellor Jackie Swarbrick talks openly about her experiences as the partner of first a trans and then a bi-gender person.

Really proud of my latest article for @CareDotCom about how parents can educate their kids about #transgender people and teach them to be allies. I interviewed some amazing experts, such as @JanaeKroc and a doctor from @ChildrensLA. Please check it out: https://t.co/JJ3344JNxm
Just reported two TERFs on Twitter. All in a day's work. Why these people think that trans people minding their own business offends their very existence is beyond me.
@jk_rowling It seems awkward right now to say โpeople who menstruateโ but this is just like changing other biased language.
Menstruation is a biological function; not a โwoman thing.โ It's unnecessary to gender body parts and doing so can restrict healthcare access for those who need it.
@realDonaldTrump Social media sites are private businesses that have every right to label misinformation. They didn't "censor" you by simply adding a disclaimer on a baseless lie you made to try to suppress votes. If you want to say whatever you want without consequence, make your own site.
Minneapolis Council VP Andrea Jenkins sings โAmazing Graceโ at press conference for George Floyd.
She is the first black trans woman to be elected to public office โ and represents a community that is too familiar with police brutality.
I'm honored to have been interviewed @uvlgbt, a podcast focused on the LGBTQIA community. I got to discuss why I started Profiles in Pride, but I was also able to talk about my writing career, personal journey, and pivotal moments in my life. I hope you'll listen!
