@S_Mittermeier @pcaaca I think it’s worth a try! That is likely where I’m eating on Thursday—I have to eat gluten free and they have a tasty GF crust.

@S_Mittermeier @pcaaca So I think Pizza Hut’s thicker crust is the closest you would get to a comparison.

@S_Mittermeier @pcaaca Think taller crust. It’s basically made in a springform pan, where you smoosh the center dough down and edges raise up a bit. The crust bakes differently because of what it is baked in.

@S_Mittermeier @pcaaca My grandparents are from Italy & yup, not a thing. It’s only when we moved here from Pennsylvania that we were introduced. I hated deep dish for YEARS, but then I found the Lou. I will likely be eating there on Thurs. it’s close to the conference & they have gluten free crust.

@S_Mittermeier @pcaaca I love that the deep dish recommendations are coming in hot. As an Illinoisan I am fiercely loyal to Lou Malnati’s deep dish. Their gluten free crust is amazing. Now I want The Lou… but I’m not leaving the house with all this snow. Let the deep dish loyalty battle commence!

Does anyone know of work in Great Britain that is similar to Froese & Bader’s America’s Four Gods? Essentially how people view (the Abrahamic) God or reconcile/approach the idea of a wrathful, vengeful God?
