The thing I loved most about the @ProgPal2020 Careers Panel was that, of the six speakers, I was the only academic. It was a great way to show a range of careers in palaeontology without defaulting to the idea of academia being the norm.
My lightning talk video on the effects of sampling on extinction selectivity, from @ProgPal2020 is now available online! https://t.co/bgrpJyJTOq a teaser into what I am working on for my first year Masters project.
Today is your last chance to complete our survey! Let us know your thoughts on #ProgPal2020 and how we can better serve the student palaeontology community in future...
#ProgPal2020 delegates: you should have just received an email with a link to the post-conference survey, which is open 'til next Friday. We'd love to hear your feedback, both positive and negative! We'll be using the results to shape future events held by ProgPal and @ThePalAss.

#ProgPal2020 delegates, head over to discord for our final tea break of the conference! For our last topic, let us know what are the best and worst representations of extinct animals in pop culture?
I'll be on the #ProgPal2020 discord channel in today's Q&A answering questions about my poster P30 on quantifying growth in Rugose corals from 2pm. :)
Ok guys, in 40 minutes I'll wait you in my Q&A Discord Session at @ProgPal2020#ProgPal2020 to discuss about ornithopod palaeopathologies. A safe and relaxing place for everyone interested in ornithopod dinosaurs, aka the best dinosaurs.
In about an hour, I'll be doing a Q&A session for my
@ProgPal2020 talk. If you're signed up as a delegate, feel free to come and ask me about ornithischian dinosaurs, 3D modelling and biomechanics!

#ProgPal2020 delegates, head over to discord now to join the tea break discussion. This time we are posing the question what can we (collectively) do to promote diversity and inclusion in palaeontology?
#ProgPal2020 delegates, welcome to the third and final day of the conference! Looking forward to tea break chats, more presentations and more good science!
