This week in #Abidjan, 370 practitioners including high-level government representatives and ministers from Cote d'Ivoire, Ghana, Senegal, Sierra Leone, farmers’ organizations and development partners are coming together to deliver more, learn faster, and scale what works for rural communities.
Across West and Central Africa, the context is marked by rising food insecurity, climate pressures, and economic constraints that put rural livelihoods under strain. Yet the momentum is there and proven solutions exist. Partnerships are strong.
The priority now is to accelerate delivery and amplify impact.
By bringing together the Regional Implementation Workshop and the Regional Farmers’ Forum on a single platform, this moment marks a step forward, ensuring that dialogue, operational performance and partnerships are fully aligned around delivering results for rural people at scale.
From strengthening value chains and expanding market access, to supporting youth employment, innovation and climate resilience, conversations in #Abidjan are focused on turning experience into action.
Because ultimately, impact happens when we work together – across 24 governments, farmers’ organizations and partners – for efficient delivery, innovation and scaling up operations for greater impact.
