Reaching this goal requires thoughtful questions, brave vulnerability, and deep conversations between people who may have had very different life experiences.

It’s easy to be afraid of things we don’t understand, including the mindsets, opinions & experiences of others. This can cause division, which make understanding each other even more difficult.
The 1st step in breaking out of this cycle can be a question to learn about someone.
