Rescue truly comes when a survivor meets Jesus for the first time. That's the beginning of the journey of rescue. That's why we go into the dark places - to share the name that when called upon bring saving; it brings rescue.

The places we minister in are dark places. Evil is rampant - sin invites darkness. When we walk in and allow Jesus to shine through us, we become a source of light that shatters the darkness. Be a light shattering the darkness where you stand!

There is nothing our God cannot make beautiful. God can restore the broken identity and bring beauty. God can restore the shattered worth and bring beauty. God can restore the ugly past and bring beauty. Praise Him, for He makes all things beautiful.

What man may break, God has the power to redeem! We serve a God who takes delight in putting together the broken pieces of the past and redeeming it. The brokenness that was, no longer has to be as we begin to see what God sees.
