Q. Gender of all kinds

One of the benefits of being vtuber is that you can stream without prejudice. So the project's stance on this is neutral, we don't really care as gender doesn't matter in the vtubing space.
The project is focused on providing entertainment. As long as no opinions are forced upon others, we welcome anyone to join us.

Q. What if we don't reach expected performance?

We don't have any target performance or KPI. Streaming is very unstable unless you are a veteran streamer with established fanbase. If we set a performance target for a project starting out, that is overreaching and will give talents unnecessary stress.

If you are really struggling and lost on what to improve, management is the one responsible to help you improve, and not giving more stress by setting a fixed performance target.
