The non Oracles back up the Oracles and produce content which counts toward proof of work as well as doing self education tasks to improve themselves which counts as proof of work also.

Project Tidewater is #Drupal, #IPFS, #ProjectTidewater, #Apache, #MYSQL, #PHP, #Golang, #Linux. It is a second internet owned and created by its users. Instead of websites there will be paths, schemas and tags to describe the content. The data will be stored on users servers.

Based on a system of Oracles and non Oracles. The non Oracles will pick a LOCAL Oracle to connect to who will have better hardware, more bandwidth and generally work harder. They literally have more Proof of Work. They get paid more cryptocurrency but non Oracles get paid too.

Been working on a rough draft of a communication algorithm that will scale to 10 billion peers, possibly more in the future. Based on a system of peer weight and trust. Peers gain weight by contributing to the system. They lose trust by not being good peers. #IPFS

[Kevin Tidwell @ProjctTidewater]

I have an idea for decentralized search using #IPFS. Community built in a Wikipedia like way. Lots more to it. Still early stages.

[Kevin Tidwell @ProjctTidewater]

@elonmusk I know a better way...

[Kevin Tidwell @ProjctTidewater]

Guess this makes me a Twitter teen. Don't spend a whole lot of time on Twitter #MyTwitterAnniversary

[Kevin Tidwell @ProjctTidewater]

Lot's of new ideas coming to me. Been studying the #IPFS code. Trying to come up with a way to make every piece of content its own #NFT automatically and maybe with it's own Blockchain. Don't think we need #Ethereum to do that. Just using #IPFS

[Kevin Tidwell @ProjctTidewater]

@CarmineSabia @ninaturner @elonmusk Most of the work that makes your life convenient?

[Kevin Tidwell @ProjctTidewater]

I'm sure would need changes to the #BGP protocol so probably not happening.

[Kevin Tidwell @ProjctTidewater]

What's to stop every #blockchain from having it's own IPv6 address handed out in a decentralized manner and all nodes sharing that address? #bitcoin #ethereum #skycoin

[Kevin Tidwell @ProjctTidewater]

You could have a Blockchain name resolution system then and routers could just route you to the closest available one right?

Very busy working two jobs but here's my latest ideas about a universal basic income based on a lifetime of education using the #Skycoin block chain.

Of course there will be an initial cost for infrastructure and systems. Education will be necessary because we fear what we do not understand (a good thing) and we need it to keep from becoming slaves to the system.

[Kevin Tidwell @ProjctTidewater]

All the world's needs can be provided basically for free with enough energy (solar), raw materials (earth) and information. Perhaps educating ourselves will become our only job and our earnings from that will be used to buy all needs and desires. #Skycoin #SkyEd
