@WoodOakland @patrickvdh We'll have food trucks and at some point would like to have the food establishments nearby deliver direct to the brewery. Grand opening is in the works (once we know a date)!
The other good news... Although we've hit some speed bumps, we had some buffer built into our predicted opening date and are still on track to hit our late summer goal to start pouring beer.
The good news... There aren't many places left for any surprises to hide. Although the shell of this building will still look pretty much the same, everything else is going to be completely new.
@andreas_marcos Nowhere yet, sorry! But you will be able to purchase some of our fine beverages once we open this September. Looking forward to seeing you there!
At Project 9 we definitely love hops, but that doesn't mean that every beer needs to be packed with multiple lbs of hops per barrel. We love it that crisp lagers are gaining in popularity and appreciate the clean base that lets the subtleties of different hops shine.
This contemporary pilsner has classic floral notes from Hallertau Mittelfrüh and a touch of fruitiness from Triumph. A light dry hop also adds an extra punch of hop goodness. At 5.4%, this is an easy drinker that pairs great with a sunny Seattle day.
@gtricky77 is also what some would call a foley artist. He makes everything better by filling in the gaps and amplifying the experience. Here is the work he did on our "9" logo!
@StephenGillmore Thanks! Yes, we will have covered/heated outdoor seating in front of the three garage doors with plans to eventually have a full on beer garden in the the back. We completely agree on the rooftops! We've considered having one but $$ and the city will determine if it happens.
