It was brilliant to host the Carlisle United Community Sports Trust Wellbeing Cup yesterday.

It was a fun event with the importance of Mental Health at the forefront.

Before our home game game on 11/11/23 we’ll be doing ‘Walk to the Match’ again to raise awareness of mental health & sustainability issues.
Setting off from the Old Town Hall at 12pm. Stopping at the Cenotaph to lay a wreath, then to BP. All welcome. Supported by @TALKHUB_ 👏🏼♻️

Today, we are travelling down to one of the post picturesque pitches in the county.

We are looking forward to playing a new team who have made it very clear that they support what we are doing with our project.
