It was brilliant to host the Carlisle United Community Sports Trust Wellbeing Cup yesterday.
It was a fun event with the importance of Mental Health at the forefront.

Today, we are travelling down to one of the post picturesque pitches in the county.
We are looking forward to playing a new team who have made it very clear that they support what we are doing with our project.

Today we were down at the Social Prescribing: Health and wellbeing community festival at Whitehaven Rugby League club and networking with some amazing charities and services.
