I would also like to urge that, if possible, the govt should initiate a long-term spatial planning exercise for the entire state, including all existing and future potential cities. Such a framework would ensure that urban expansion occurs in an orderly, well-designed and aesthetically coherent manner, rather than in unplanned growth and urban chaos.

You all know that planning cities before they expand is far easier and less costly than correcting mistakes after they have been built.

There are institutes like Chennai Mathematical institute, kerela school of mathematics, etc which focuses on very few domains and are competing with IITs (sometimes even better).I didn't know about these when i was in 12th (done from samastipur, bihar) .if we get such

The biggest boost to the Bihar-based AI/semiconductor/frontier tech startup ecosystem would come from hosting regular community-led meetups, hackathons, and mixers to foster a vibrant ecosystem. Investor communities must be attracted to back Bihar-based startups—they won’t invest just because we think Bihar is great. Even Bihar-origin entrepreneurs won’t relocate unless the investment landscape improves with support from professional venture capitalists. During my short stint, such meaningful events or platforms either don’t exist or are mere PR exercises. To kickstart this, we need a solid narrative backed by a verified list of curated startups across categories, promoted through social media and community networks.

Exactly. We do not even have good photographs of attractions in Bihar. Most of the images available seem to be random shots rather than professionally captured.

Also, there are many individuals creating stunning videos, but the govt ministry /dept. does not collaborate with them. Govt handles on X or on instagram do not even repost or retweet HQ photos and videos of Bihar that have already been shared online.

There are many subject specific institutions around the world. Take, for example, AIIMS and agricultural universities.

Physics and Chemistry are disciplines broad enough to get dedicated universities.
