Those last two certificates were issued almost simultaneously by the same authority, with matching expiration dates.

Even more telling: https://t.co/Qi2hwqQu1B and https://t.co/FwTKuvSmbA both resolve to the same Cloudflare server cluster (104.18.20.220 / 104.18.21.220).

Everything sits behind the same employee-only access wall.

Simple timeline:
Harbor comes online first as the base. Skills follows right after as the capability layer. Then Odin and the AI-agent systems spin up together inside the same environment.
Harbor looks like the core project name for Robinhood’s next wave of AI agents.
