@WeAreOpenreach offer the worst service.. several visits cancelled to do our home move. we were advised back in May that there would be no issues with fibre internet.. now we’ve moved, low and behold there are issues. raised a complaint and they closed it straight down!

@WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk just an update for a laugh… apparently someone from Openreach attended TOMORROW (13th) and couldn’t install as we didn’t have a home hub? Well unless they’re the BBC and have a Tardis to time travel, I don’t think that’s possible? The issue is outside the home anyway? 🤣

@WeAreOpenreach Nobody can explain why every week the appointment keeps getting cancelled which is the most infuriating thing!! @bt_uk can dream on if I’m paying full price for something I can’t even use.

@WeAreOpenreach Other half is on the phone to the ombudsman now as the issue was never solved and you closed down the complaint. No connection yet complaint was closed? How is this even possible? We’ve 100% reopened the complaint. Very frustrating!!
