@_CSVR The great thing about these recommendations is that they're all based on best practice around the continent and are already being implemented in African countries. So the policies and institutions themselves are not new but the approach is slightly different: Youth Mainstreaming.

@_CSVR But also by ensuring that youth policies are introduced with built-in transparency and accountability mechanisms. Like anybody else entering the public sector, they should be held accountable for their work and be qualified for the roles they enter into. 2/2
