ReMed is pleased to contribute to a comprehensive report by Bupa ‘Catalysing action on single-use items in healthcare’ bringing single-use items into the spotlight, sharing practical steps to reduce reliance on single-use items, and highlighting the importance of collaboration.
A presentation by ReMed's Professor Shahin Rahimifard at the @IDScUK 18th Annual Conference highlighted the future challenges in cleaning, decontamination and sterilisation processes. A much wider range of medical devices (MDs)need to be reprocessed.

A workshop was hosted by NHS England and ReMed Project at Loughborough to review NHS Clinical Waste Strategy. Following a tour of ReMed Reprocessing Laboratory, participants, through group discussions, identified key actions for transition from ‘waste’ to ‘resource’ mgt.
