The building where the polling took place is quite old. It is high time to change the location of the polling.

This Sunday, we are joined by Balram Ghoshal, Founder of Leprosy Care India Foundation, currently NCPEDP Fellow. He is working on the topic of Social Security of Leprosy patients. Himself residing in Leprosy colony with his father affected by Leprosy he has , in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, he had to face social stigma which affected his studies. Despite all the challenges, he educated himself through informal means, accepted his family's responsibilities and now contributes in mainstreaming the needs of Leprosy patients in government schemes and overall upliftment of the community. Persons with disabilities (2.68 Cr in 2011) continue to be the most marginalized & vulnerable section of society with an urgent need for larger mainstream integration to ensure 'Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas'. Thus, we request the Govt to take due cognizance of our Charter of Demands.
