An investigation has been launched after officers shot a male with a knife threatening members of the public.

Sergeant T.Kay said "The suspect is in hospital in a critical but stable condition, and officers are being supported. I have nothing further to say at this time" 1/2

Firearms Officers this evening assisted @ProjectYM_RPU
with a pick up truck failing to stop for them. All 4 of the vehicles tyres were successfully stung. One in custody for FTS, dangerous driving, poss. of a bladed article and poss. with intent to supply.
