Equal Employment:
Policy: Equal opportunities for everyone.
Reality: Recruitment processes that exclude from the start.
Happy New Month Inclusion Community.
We are halfway through the year and your voice still matters here.
Keep showing up, keep making space for each other, and keep pushing for those milestones you set in January.

Children’s Day is not just for some children, it’s for the child in the wheelchair, the child who communicates differently, the child the world too often overlooks.
At Project Enable, we see them. We celebrate them.
We fight for them everyday.
Inclusion is not optional.
Getting to work shouldn’t feel like a battle. But for some, it is.
While some of us complain about Lagos traffic and rainy Monday mornings, others are navigating flooded roads, inaccessible buses, broken pavements, and a transport system that was never designed with them in mind
