Treat the Artemis II launch like a sporting event. Put it on all your tvs. Let patrons celebrate the brave crew as they return to the moon for the first time in 54 years.
This is a shared human success and should be experienced as such.
I’m extremely honored and humbled for the opportunity to cover the biggest spaceflight event since 1972.
Thanks to you, I’ll be watching humans return to the moon for the first time since Apollo 17 from the historic press site as part of NASA’s social event.

Currently, thousands of people across the Southeast, particularly in Kansas, Arkansas, Tennessee, missouri and parts of Louisiana, are witnessing and reporting a large satellite or meteor burning up and dramatically breaking apart in the sky. This event has created a stunning display, with fragments scattering across the sky and leaving a bright, glowing trail of debris visible for miles. Witnesses have described vibrant colors flashing overhead, leading some to speculate that it could be a meteor or space debris, while others believe it might be a UFO. Some officials say it’s likely a large meteor but others are saying it might be a satellite breaking up in the Earth's atmosphere this is still developing
