🇧🇷 SALVADOR - BA: ⚠️ A Secretaria de Mobilidade (Semob) informou que a operação de transporte público de Salvador já foi totalmente normalizada neste domingo (25), dia de segundo turno das eleições. No começo da manhã, foram registradas interrupções em algumas garagens por conta de repetidas ocorrências de adesivação clandestina de veículos. A situação foi contornada após o diálogo entre equipes de operação da secretaria e de entidades do sindicato. A Semob lembrou, ainda, que é proibido pela lei eleitoral que os ônibus saiam das garagens com adesivos que façam propaganda de qualquer um dos candidatos, e pede a colaboração tanto da população como de entidades sindicais. O secretário municipal de Mobilidade, Pablo Souza, informa que já notificou as empresas para que a disponibilidade integral dos ônibus seja garantida e que não haja novas ocorrências. Equipes da pasta estão nas ruas acompanhando para que a cidade esteja com a frota 100% operacional. O Tribunal Regional Eleitoral da Bahia (TRE-BA) determinou o restabelecimento imediato da frota integral de ônibus em Salvador, com frequência equivalente à dos dias úteis e gratuidade para os passageiros durante o segundo turno das eleições de 2026. A decisão prevê multa de R$ 1 milhão por hora de descumprimento para o município e para cada empresa responsável pelo transporte público. A determinação foi assinada pelo presidente do TRE-BA, desembargador eleitoral Mauricio Kertzman Szporer, após a Federação Brasil da Esperança, formada por PT, PCdoB e PV, denunciar uma redução superior a 50% na frota de ônibus em circulação na capital baiana durante a votação.

ELECTRUM BITCOIN WALLET CONFIRMS CRITICAL SECURITY VULNERABILITY EXPLOITED IN THE WILD

Electrum has disclosed a high-severity vulnerability allowing malicious servers to trick users into sending Bitcoin to an attacker when increasing a transaction fee.

The attack works by intercepting a broadcast transaction and replacing it in the wallet’s history with a fake transaction redirecting funds to an attacker-controlled address.

If the user attempts to increase the fee using Replace-by-Fee (RBF), Electrum can sign the malicious transaction, sending the Bitcoin to the attacker.

Electrum confirmed two reported incidents, including one user who lost funds. Attackers even generated addresses matching the last four characters of the intended recipient’s address.

The vulnerability affects versions before 4.8.3 and has been patched in the latest release.

Users are urged to update immediately and verify all destination addresses and amounts before signing transactions.
