@theficouple Serious question - what is your target ROI on those rentals (not counting appreciation of prop)? Personally I've had some HORRIBLE tenants and its skewed me away from rentals. Other passive income appeals to me (more) - less headaches and still good rate or return.

@_apryor After many years on this topic, I'm still swearing by straight cash cards. Cap One Spark, Wells Fargo Cash. Both 2% cash back with unlimited rewards. (plus sign up bonuses). I prefer the flexibility of using this 2% any way I want - not limited on specific airlines or hotels
