To say that I'm disappointed in President Trump would be an understatement.
He's talking about a deal with the murderous, lying, death cult of a regime in Iran. That's just kicking the can down the road. They won't honor it and they'll start the mass killing again as soon as Trump leaves office, if they wait that long. I doubt it.
God help us if another Democrat becomes President. "Oh, you took a bunch of Americans hostage. Here's a plane load of cash, please pick up the phone."
What about the Iranian people? They deserve to be free and without living in constant fear. The IRGC has continued daily executions, even while our bombs were decimating their ranks.
The only way to deal with them is to systematically eliminate the leadership, like we were doing in the beginning. Make them so weak that the Iranian people can finish them off. That way, everybody wins. It would be cathartic for the people and the terrorists regime get justice.
