Promoter lyfe

The daily thoughts of a concert promoter. Come out early, support ALL the bands. I'll grab holds, #noavail #nobackend #sendinvites

@SunriseCafeWAMV @Starbucks @Joebeanscoffee This company has more employees than you have Twitter followers and more locations than you have listeners.

Bands.

SEND.OUT.INVITES.

Locals! Stop leaving shows right after you play. You're setting fire to your own bridges. 🔥

When people ask me for guest list spots

[Promoter lyfe @PromoterLyfe]

@sethisMusic @sagexkeber screw that. They can kiss my backend.

[sethisMusic @sethisMusic]

Looking for locals for this show!

**band from 4 hours away hits you up asking to open, promises to "draw heads"**

[Promoter lyfe @PromoterLyfe]

@sethisMusic Slipknot or bust.

[JOCELYN @_MsJaaay]

I should be a promoter 😂

[Promoter lyfe @PromoterLyfe]

Local bands - Your friends count as your local draw. No, they can't be guest listed.

Overhead will be the death of me.

[Promoter lyfe @PromoterLyfe]

@_Ki2Success it's like gambling. You know you gonna lose money but you do it anyway hoping maybe by chance you win.

[Quiet Life @QuietLifeband]

Venue/Promoter asks for poster. Band sends posters. Posters don't get put up.

[LB @lukebradleyy]

Imagine being a club promoter

[Promoter lyfe @PromoterLyfe]

[Promoter lyfe @PromoterLyfe]

@flexus___ save your money.

[Promoter lyfe @PromoterLyfe]

@bobbybankss_ @josayee we have that problem with bands all the time. You ain't gonna bring in enough money to make it worth our time.

[Promoter lyfe @PromoterLyfe]

@_Ki2Success confused by the emoji. You trying to figure out what a rapper/promoter is?
