We’re building confidence, courage, and queens who dare to lead.

From Nigeria to Kenya, the movement is growing.

This month she went undefeated at the Under-14 Girls Kiembini Cluster Chess Tournament in Kenya.

The seeds we planted are sprouting. 🌱

Naomi’s story isn’t about chess. It’s about what happens when a girl is given a reason to come back.

A generous USA based donor has placed an order for 500 chess sets for 5,000 USD with @SogaChess for custom made @thegiftofchess chess sets made in Goma, DRC. These 500 chess sets will be donated to schools and orphanages across the DRC.

Sometimes it’s a girl picking up a chess piece for the first time. Sometimes it’s coming back after a hard loss. Sometimes it’s just showing up.

Congrats to 15-year-old Anastasiia Hnatyshyn (2207) on becoming the new European Women's Champion! 🥳🥳🥳

She is the lowest-rated champion ever by a long shot (!), breaking the previous record set by Ulviyya Fataliyeva (2377) two years ago! 🤯

What they didn’t mention: during WWII, she led dozens of children 2,000 km through a war zone to safety. On foot. Through a war.
