1) Drink More Water
2) Eliminate Soda, Gatorade, Processed Juices

4) Walk 10 Minutes a Day
5) Have a Fruit/Vegetable with Every Meal
They're simple, effective, and attainable.
Deliberate practice doesn't only make you more efficient with your time, but also increases the benefits you'll receive. Almost sounds too good to be true.....but it's not!
Do it with intent!
There are 2 kinds of practice:
1)Regular practice: mindless repetitions
2)Deliberate practice: focused attention with a specific goal of improving performance
Just because you’re doing more, doesn’t mean you’re improving.
Growth: when things are done consciously & intentionally
