Built ProoVra for the Lepton Agents Hackathon.
I thought the hard part would be moving money between agents.
It wasn't.
The hard part was making sure money moved only when the right state transitions happened for the right agent.

Most payment systems answer one question:
Can money move?
ProoVra starts with a different one:
Should it move yet?
That distinction matters.
When proof becomes the authorization layer, payment follows verified completion not trust, screenshots, or manual approval.

Every day, digital work is completed around the world.
Yet payment still depends on trust, screenshots, and manual verification.
We're building ProoVra to change that.
Verified proof authorizes payment automatically, creating settlement infrastructure for AI agents, contributors, creators, and businesses.
Built on @Arc for the @thecanteenapp Lepton Agents Hackathon.
The core shift is simple:
payment should not be the proof that work happened.
Proof should be what authorizes payment.
That is the foundation behind ProoVra.
Verification becomes authorization.
Settlement follows.

What if AI agents, contributors, and creators never had to argue about whether work was completed before getting paid?
Most payment systems answer one question:
Can funds move?
We're asking a different one:
Should they?
ProoVra is built around a simple idea:
Verified proof authorizes payment.
Not requests.
That's the proof-gated settlement infrastructure we're validating on Arc Testnet with Circle USDC and x402.
A reusable settlement layer for agent commerce and verified digital work.

ProoVra is not just a settlement UI.
The long-term direction is reusable settlement infrastructure for agent commerce.
Any agent system that pays for work eventually needs the same core pieces:
▪︎ task creation,
▪︎ escrow funding,
▪︎ proof submission,
▪︎ verification,
▪︎ payment release,
▪︎ receipt generation.
The hard part is making those pieces behave like one reliable pipeline instead of separate actions.
That is what we are validating on Arc Testnet.
Not just whether payment can move.
Whether payment moves only after the right proof, state, and authorization are in place.
If agents are going to work for users, businesses, and other agents, they need more than wallets.
They need settlement infrastructure.

This walkthrough makes the settlement flow look simple.
Building it wasn't.
We ran the same settlement flow over and over again because one successful transaction doesn't prove a settlement system is reliable.
Consistency does.
Every iteration exposed a different edge case, forcing us to improve how the settlement pipeline behaved before value changed hands.
That's exactly what we're continuing to validate on Arc Testnet.

A quick walkthrough of how settlement works in ProoVra.
From task creation to escrow funding, proof submission, verification, and payment release.
Every payment moves only after the settlement reaches the required state.
This walkthrough focuses on the settlement flow.
A deeper look at the complete end-to-end experience will follow as we continue validating ProoVra on Arc Testnet.

Working alongside @ProoVra over the past few days has changed the way I think about agent commerce..
Agent commerce isn't just about moving payments.
The hard part is making escrow, proof, verification, and settlement behave as one consistent system.
Getting there meant bringing together Arc settlement, Circle USDC, x402 payment execution, persistent proof records, settlement state synchronization, and verifiable receipt generation into a single settlement pipeline.
Every layer exists for one reason: payment should only happen when the settlement itself proves it's ready.
Proud of what @AmaniBanks and the team have been building.
Still validating. Still improving.

Building ProoVra has changed the way we think about settlement.
A successful payment isn't the same thing as a successful settlement.
Moving funds is easy.
The difficult part is making sure escrow, proof, verification, and payment all remain synchronized before value changes hands.
That's where most of our engineering work has gone, not into adding more features but into making the settlement pipeline behave consistently under repeated real-world interactions.
That's what we're continuing to validate on Arc TestNet.
