Navigate the world of futures prop firms.
Transparent prop firm data, not biased affiliate rankings like other platforms. Built by a trader, for traders.
Prop Atlas is a useful resource for futures prop firm traders. Not a biased affiliate page like you typically see.
We track and verify the rules, fees, and payout structures of the top Prop Firms in the space— and update them as things change.
This space moves fast. Firms overhaul programs, tweak rules, and run promos constantly. Most content out there is outdated or biased. We break it all down honestly:
• Firm comparisons
• Account structures
• Eval strategy
• Rule breakdowns
• Industry updates
How do prop firms actually make their money? This is the part most traders don't think about. Prop firms earn revenue from evaluation fees — the $50–$300+ you pay to attempt a challenge. With pass rates under 10%, the math works in their favor; Most traders pay multiple times before passing, if they ever do.
That isn't a scam — it's a business model.
Understanding it helps you approach the process with clear eyes. The firms that succeed long-term are the ones that also pay out consistently, because reputation drives their success.

How long do you guys think lucid is going to be popping off like this?
Obviously, they are like the number 1 firms on trading social media right now, with all new traders being funneled in by affiliates. I wonder if it will be sustainable.
🚨 Topstep Max Payout Update – Effective April 28th Topstep is restructuring max payouts per withdrawal by account size. A 60% DECREASE FOR THE 50k AND 40% FOR THE 100k. What a joke.
They've definitely been losing money recently. Here are the new max payouts: $50K XFA→ Standard: $2,000 | Consistency: $3,000 $100K XFA→ Standard: $3,000 | Consistency: $4,000 $150K XFA→ Standard: $5,000 | Consistency: $6,000 Previously: flat $5K (Standard) / $6K (Consistency) across all accounts.
50k accounts take the biggest hit here. Worth knowing before you fund.
@RyansTrading_ Alpha is in a tough spot when it comes to making improvements tbh. They can't really go with a no activation fee with 15k max payouts. They would get rinsed.
@aw_trades_ No activation fee is a good change. However, reducing the payout caps is bad. They are essentially just making a worse version of Lucid/Tradeify.
