Episode 5: No way to prove innocence
On the CID accusation, @AlphaCapitalUK should clearly state what data traders can provide to prove innocence, not just confiscate their assets.
If the CID claim cannot be disproven, does it mean the goal is to drive away profitable traders?
Episode 7: Feels like ACG is toying with me – banned 2hrs after payment, no refund
Bought eval account 20 Aug 00:17, got CID email 02:52 same day. Immediately invalidated, no refund.
CID appeal sent Thursday, @AlphaCapitalUK no reply. Will update once they reply.
Episode 6: Another user accused of CID violation.
On Trustpilot, many users have also had accounts banned for CID breaches these past two days.
ACG is likely using this nearly irrefutable accusation to aggressively drive away profitable traders.
Episode 4: illogical claim
Hard to disprove but illogical.
First, I have 3 funded accounts with stable monthly payouts, no need access other users’ accounts.
Second, if helping others pass, I can trade under my name for them, get paid and return the payout privately.
Episode 3: Accusation hard to disprove
Alpha Capital Group claimed a device (certain CID) logged into other users’ accounts.
MT5 logs show all logins but old records auto-delete, so I can hardly prove I never accessed other users’ accounts.
Episode 2: accusation
The following image shows Alpha Capital Group’s email content.
Before receiving the email, I had been using several 10k accounts throughout this past year, with withdrawals close to 7000 USD.
Episode 1: Background
Used Alpha Capital Group for 1 year. Accused of CID breach 2 days ago (claimed I used device to access other users’ accounts).
Locked 3 funded accounts (~$450), 1 Phase 2 passed & 1 new eval. Terminated no proof/discussion. Dirty handling.
