This year to mark Armistice Day The Prop Up group created some poppies to be displayed at Lancaster Railway Station throughout November.

It can be hard to motivate ourselves to do activities when we feel fed up & frustrated. Doing a simple creative activity weather it is colouring, writing a poem or trying a new craft can help improve wellbeing. Starting small and add into your rountine gradually

We have been encouraging our group to take some time out to be mindful.
One example is to take some time to sit inside or outside to take note of the things you can see and hear. Pick 2 things in the environment to notice of in more detail.
Here are some things we noticed today
