Put simply:
Propbase is trying to make real estate work more like an online financial market.

A liquidity pool is where users deposit two assets in equal value to support trading on the DEX.
For the PROPS/USDC pool, users will deposit:

Example:
If a user wants to provide $1,000 in liquidity, they would deposit approximately:
• $500 in PROPS
• $500 in USDC
In return, the user receives LP (Liquidity Provider) tokens, representing their share of the pool.
The higher the trading activity on the DEX, the more trading fees the pool generates.
🔹 How Liquidity Providers Earn
Every swap on the PROPS/USDC DEX includes a 0.30% trading fee.
Fee distribution:
• 67% → Liquidity Providers
• 33% → Propbase Treasury
🔹 Additional Farming Rewards
Farming introduces an additional rewards layer for liquidity providers.
After users add liquidity and receive LP tokens, those LP tokens can be staked into farming pools to earn additional 12% APY PROPS rewards on top of trading fee income.
This means users will potentially earn from two sources:
1. Trading fees generated by DEX activity
2. Additional 12% APY rewards in PROPS as farming rewards
This expands the utility of PROPS across the ecosystem:
