@AnnieJacobsen I have just watched ‘A house of dynamite’ on Netflix Uk. I can’t believe how many points are from your book - I was shocked to find you weren’t consulted/involved. Have you seen this? (Biggest fan of your work, btw ❤️)
We managed to transfer Alexei’s biological materials abroad. Laboratories in two different countries conducted examinations. These laboratories, independently of each other, concluded that Alexei was poisoned. These results are of public importance and must be published. We all deserve to know the truth.
#hatchettepartworks#crochetlace I should know better than to trust these week by week subscriptions, but I like crochet lace, and the cottons are very nice. The blocking board (free) arrived this week. Can’t even fit the pattern squares on it 🙄 Customer service says 🤷🏽🤬🤡
@AskNationwide Home Insurance customer service by RSA is disgusting. My mother died, they receive notice but merely changed the customer name to ‘c/o exec’. They ‘were not aware policy was no longer required’. For a 75yr old single occupant, rented council flat. 🤦🏻♀️
Today, @bt_uk have sent mum a letter demanding payment for her broadband, (dd is cancelled). She can pay in a variety of ways, but she must pay. This arrived at my address, yet they don’t find that odd 🤔 The help pages are pointless. The ‘contact us’ form is blank.
@bt_uk So, instead of easing a difficult time, you want me to start all over again, relive the details of mum’s death a month after informing @bt_uk . I’ve cancelled the direct debit, let ‘the team’ work it out.
Death admin is a painful process, but some companies have a dedicated soln for ‘sensitive’ issues. Like @bt_uk , where you fill a form online, then someone calls you to clarify. Nice. Done. A couple of weeks later however, here’s the ongoing bill in full, emailed to mum 🤦🏻♀️🤬🤯
@skytv@SkyHelpTeam give me a clue how to cancel my mother’s sky subscription without her login details - she died and I don’t have the energy or patience for your chicanery
