If the TBI tests when local investigators order and pay for testing, then maybe the responsibility is not TBIโs. I suppose we will know more as the lawsuit proceeds.
@FOX13Memphis Anything that will get the rape kits tested in a timely fashion. We have to get the authorities the funding to test these kits promptly. The backlog on testing these kits has gone on for many years. Maybe this tragedy will be the catalyst to finally prioritize this issue.
