@fany_prvc@ecoledestap I realise that I should have had more FANYs in my life. As a reserve naval officer I was led astray by wrens. Now I see that this could be considered folly on my part.
@clark_aviation On a CCF field day I flew in one from RAF Pershore in 1975.
The internal layout was a bit like a Nimrod. Pax seats aft of the radar stuff. We took it in turns to visit the front, low over Wales, and were on our honour not to look at the radar stuff. ๐
@GaryGaryholman@Longhouses1 After the RN he continued in the medical department in HMS Raleigh as a civvy doc. He was great company at lunchtime in the wardroom. We often discussed "Cockpit Resource Management", something that he had helped to develop in the Fleet Air Arm before the airlines took it on.
@TrustWarriors@SamRobertsComms We've already beaten two teams that beat us home and away in the regular season, I'd say there's a good chance of making it three.
@xAviation I've had a sea eagle go through the right engine on rotation (B737-400) . No engine indications at all, but a very strong smell of roast chicken. In the cruise I went back to look at the engine and the intake lip was dented. But we continued to STN without event.
@clark_aviation@BeaverWestminst Getting us used to the idea of the Reds replacement; the "Red Barrows" ?
Seriously though, A movie of this would show that all that is happening is that the arms are not being forced back far enough, this is particularly likely when shortening step.
@MikeJ_A@RottenImageLtd Cricket was simpler. Worcestershire were better. The power station was a bit of an eyesore , but it still had an elegance of a sort. I'd ride my bike to the ground with my pal @biffosmith14 .
We'll be sitting together tomorrow. So at least some things don't change.
@WG_RumblePants Of course this is where confusion happens. They are waiting to board the boat train to the docks where they will board their ship to India. ๐
