to an extremely poor state, making daily commuting very difficult. It is hard to believe that the situation has reached this level and yet no effective action has been taken so far. We sincerely request the concerned authorities to take immediate steps to address this issue.

@WBSEDCL1 As suggested I have submitted a complaint with a hard copy application on 9/12/24 but no one visited so far. This time again it is ~Rs.4000/- where no power consumption around 60 days as nobody lived there. Kindly visit and inspect the defective meter ASAP. Don't loot consumers.
