Caitlin's advice to the incoming freshmen: "Water polo season goes by fast. Enjoy every moment you get with your friends in the water. Don’t let yourself dwell on past mistakes and always look to the future."

Maggie's advice to the income freshman:

"If I could talk to an incoming freshman, I would tell them to enjoy every moment and not to stress over the little mistakes. There’s always room for improvement but your memories on polo will last forever."

"It may seem like a scary sport to try out, but once you get into the hang of things you’ll love it! I am so glad that I went on the pool deck during polo tryouts my freshman year instead of the track."

"Just join! The more activities you try out, the more people you’ll meet and you will love being part of a team."

Josie's words of wisdom: "Talk to everyone on the team and have as much fun as you can. I had no clue how to play my freshman year and I realized everyone wants to help and it’s an amazing experience."

Aaliyah's words of advice to incoming Freshman:

"Water polo is very tough but please never give up. I had never played water polo before and even when I felt like quitting I didn’t, this lead me to become a stronger person in general."
