HIGH PERFORMANCE IS NOT ACCIDENTAL
Structure fuels success.
An Excerpt from our online Webinar, "Why Most Organisations Will Struggle in 2026"
#LeadershipDevelopment#leadership#systems
2026 is already testing leaders.
Hard work isn’t the problem.
Structure often is.
I’m hosting a short webinar on why many organisations will struggle this year — and what steady ones are doing differently.
Not a training.
A leadership reality check.

@KnnKwabena @amo_asamoah Hahahaa
This is funny but there is some truth in it. The best students in the classroom don't necessarily become medical doctors. It is a matter of choice mostly but also chance.
But in all, every profession is important depending on how one sees and uses it.
Let's keep going!
@KnnKwabena @amo_asamoah Thanks a lot my brother. We thank God for hoe far He has brought us. It can only be by grace and the support of people like yourself.
Let's keep growing together!
@JDMahama JM for the people, the people for JM.
We will be there with you, Mr President and we will honour you with our votes come December. We know you will make Ghana great again!
@kaessuman Was that a manifesto?
A manifesto that you will put aside and use Agyapadie3 document to rule the country in the unlikely event that you win?
@JDMahama and @JDMahama have no matches in the NPP, not even your Bawumia and NAPO
Give us a break.
@Fentuo_ That is certainly expensive. I think it is overpriced because of the Olympics.
1 can of coke in the UK costs less than a pound. In fact you can get 6 cans at about 1.9 or less depending on where you are buying it.
Well, it is all part of the experience I guess.
@KnnKwabena Yes, I agree with you. Malik is all that and more. He is an outstanding and determined person. I am not surprised at what he is doing. This is just the beginning of greater days ahead.
@thePOE_T It is shocking that he will even think about that, but then again he is using the script they used to hoodwink Ghanaians in 2016 & 2020. It was the same promises galore.
1 this 1 that & we all know what came of all those promises.
Hopefully, everyone is reading between the lines
@NJOAgyemang Madam Vice President in waiting, we hail you.
You have given me and many others hope that things won't be like this forever. You are the right leader for the role of Vice President.
Thank you so much for the inspiration, Prof.
@agyemangghana@thenanaaba It is never true that NPP and NDC are the same.
If the NDC had done half of what the NPP did, there would have been no country called Ghana.
Let's call a spade a spade.
Which NDC Minister stashed money in her bedroom?
Did NDC deliberately destroy the businesses of Ghanaians?
