Jesus Christ is coming back soon. Here is what we can do to prepare to meet Him: 1. Receive Him as Lord; 2. Remain prayerful; 3. Keep yourself pure; 4. Share His love with others. If we do these things, we will not be ashamed when we stand before Him at His appearing. #1John2v28
The Lord Jesus Christ was scourged, wounded, bruised, chastised, stripped, pierced, and shamed for us, that we might be justified, healed, and glorified in Him. #Romans8v30
The Gospel of Christ is not a cunningly devised fable meant to deceive people into following a religion; rather, it is truly the power of God unto salvation for everyone who believes. #Romans1v16
Adios @EdwardKallon. Thank you for your courageous leadership, dedicated service, and unwavering commitment to advancing sustainable development in Zimbabwe. God bless you sir. @UNZimbabwe
The Scriptures, the empty tomb, historical texts (such as The Annals by Tacitus, the Roman historian, and Antiquities of the Jews by Josephus, the Jewish historian), eyewitness accounts, and the life-giving and life-changing impact of the Gospel of Christ prove His resurrection.
God has already blessed us with all spiritual blessings and given us all things that pertain to life and godliness; our responsibility is to appropriate them by faith.
@sevlie@TheresaArueyin1 When Paul said, “I die daily,” he was speaking of the constant danger/threat of death he faced for the Gospel, rather than dying to self. The Bible does not teach us to fight against the "self" or die to self, but to renew our minds with the Word and count ourselves dead to sin.
