OPEN LETTER: FOUR DAYS OF LOUD SILENCE
Dear Security Agencies,
Four days have passed.
Four days of questions.
Four days of speculation.
Four days of concern from family, friends, colleagues, and members of the public.
And above all, four days of loud silence.
The longer the silence continues, the more anxiety grows. The longer questions remain unanswered, the more room is created for rumors, fear, and uncertainty.
At times like these, the public does not seek politics. They seek clarity.
Families do not seek arguments. They seek answers.
Friends do not seek controversy. They seek reassurance.
If there is information that can lawfully be shared, let it be shared. If there are facts that can calm fears, let them be communicated.
Silence rarely ends speculation. It often fuels it.
Today, many people are asking a simple question:
Where is Tabz?
Until there is a clear answer, the concern will remain, the questions will persist, and the silence will continue to speak louder than words.
Sincerely,
A Concerned Citizen

@kampala_solomon Thank you for the apology. Emotions can run high in painful moments, but words have weight ,they shape relationships and reveal who we are. Anger passes, but spoken words often remain. Learning to pause and stay silent in the heat of anger is a powerful form of strength.

Monday quote from my book #WorkAndProsper "Endurance pays off, eventually"
I constantly urge those with land to embark on growing coffee (and other crops), in a bid to fight poverty in Buganda and in Uganda, generally. The response I get is almost uniform everywhere: I don't' have enough land; coffee takes long to yield, coffee suffers with crop diseases, there are thieves and many others. I hear lots of such negatives.
But my answer to them always is; just get started and address the problems as you work your shamba.
