Just another governance failure by the board of Trustco Group Holdings. In this case, they "knowingly" circumvented JSE regulations. Will the JSE take action?

@Valu3plus Trustco unlawfully excluded every shareholder who did not appear on the register in their own name. If you held shares through a nominee (such as Standard Bank), too bad for you.
Disappointed with the @NotreDame whose voting decision today allows the corporate governance failures at Trustco to continue. For an institution of such high moral and ethical standards, doing what's right should come naturally.

"I’m not sure how the group backs up that statement, with Pattison’s photo showing quite the opposite. What’s more, a verification report from Sentio Consulting confirms that 43.75% of eligible votes were for removing the current Trustco directors and that 42.96% voted against it, with about 10.7% abstaining. Roughly the same percentage voted for appointing new directors"
