From setting up softball fields in 1988 to launching monumental baseball events like the TCS World Series and Northwest Baseball, Roland has had a hand in almost every corner of the company:

- Leading media & rankings initiatives
- Mentoring countless staff
- Expanding our national footprint

Inducted into the TCS Hall of Fame in 2013, Roland has long been a driving force behind some of our most iconic milestones. His legacy lives on in every event he helped create, every team he supported, and every colleague he inspired.
