WHAT IS AMENDMENT 4?
◾️Stops foreign nationals and America’s enemies from contributing money to influence Missouri ballot measures

◾️Makes it a crime to commit fraud when collecting signatures for initiative petitions

◾️Requires public hearings to be held so Missouri voters can comment on proposed initiative petitions before they appear on the ballot

◾️Requires that proposed changes to our Constitution receive a majority of votes in each congressional district
