We will continue to prosecute our claims still contained within our lawsuit in the due course of the litigation. --after the election.

[Protect Fayetteville @ProtectNWA]

We decided not to appeal to Supreme Court over ruling on restraining order even though we feel the decision was in error.

[Protect Fayetteville @ProtectNWA]

Sad when anyone cannot respect the political process and resort to vandalism. #stopthebully

[Protect Fayetteville @ProtectNWA]

OUR CASE WAS NOT THROWN OUT. Only the restraining order was dismissed. OUR CASE AGAINST THE CITY WILL MOVE FORWARD. --So, citizens go VOTE!

[Protect Fayetteville @ProtectNWA]

Judge denied restraining order. Case still valid & will move forward. Reviewing rights of appeal (re:restrain order) to Supreme Court.

@rryerse We don't. They are people. They are male or female and share the same equal rights as any other male or female.

[Protect Fayetteville @ProtectNWA]

Arkansas Attorney General says laws like Ord. 5781 are, "Unenforceable," due to Act 137. We agree! http://t.co/wObRIEiIFY

[Protect Fayetteville @ProtectNWA]

@TellyWelly97 Any time citizens have the opportunity to stand up for what they believe they should. The election is happening...

[Protect Fayetteville @ProtectNWA]

@rryerse You may not care about that, but many people don't want a biological male in any female designated area. Women have that right!

[Protect Fayetteville @ProtectNWA]

@rryerse fact: one doesn't have cause if a biological male has been given a "right" to be in the female locker room and use its facilities.

[Protect Fayetteville @ProtectNWA]

@rryerse 5781 business facilities can include bathrooms, locker rooms, changing areas, shelters, etc. pg 3 "discrim offense" B2

[Protect Fayetteville @ProtectNWA]

@rryerse biological male can enter female locker room claiming to be female. He can undress. We site several cases at http://t.co/L6fmnVWmEU

[Protect Fayetteville @ProtectNWA]

3PM today we filed a lawsuit against the City of Fay'vl & Aldermen. The hearing is set for Friday at 9AM. VOTE EARLY!

[Protect Fayetteville @ProtectNWA]

Proponents of Ord. 5781 have NOT distanced themselves from HRC. Don't believe it. http://t.co/f40qrISrOc

Get multiple complaints and suffer hefty penalties! http://t.co/CG8i9kNUik

[Protect Fayetteville @ProtectNWA]

5781 forces people to violate conscience. If you don't like being bullied, have courage to vote AGAINST on Sept. 8th.

[Protect Fayetteville @ProtectNWA]

They force businesses/public schools to allow males in female designated areas. We point it out & they call us fear mongers. #stopthebully
