We have emailed @OTCMarkets regarding the delay. Since 10/5 designation we have not received any questions or concerns with documentation submitted yet we are still under review. We apologize for the delay as we anticipated it being removed at the beginning of the week.

@OTCMarkets Dragging their feet & still under review. They’re also in receipt of correspondence from EJs probation officer which alleviates any affiliation issues. We’ve submitted all per policy and have received no inquires. Anticipate access this week. Apologies for the delay.

Update: per @OTCMarkets call this morning we are anticipating terminal access to upload 3Q Disclosures on Monday (45 day mark per guidelines for quarterly submission) 😊😊😊. Website has updated FS and footnotes. Thank you all for your support & we will be keep everyone posted.

Finalizing 3Q20 for submission to OTCM before COB today. Will keep everyone posted and our apologies for the delay - we’ve been working hard to ensure EJ affiliation will NEVER be an issue again.

@OTCMarkets started the review process (updated profile dates info). Per website ☠️ removal is 3 prong: 1) submit 3Q20 disclosure guidelines; 2) verified company profile (✔️); &3) demonstrates no public concern - documents were submitted including FINRA & SEC reporting of EJ (✔️)

Update: Based on @OTCMarkets info and guidelines it appears the current designation will be removed after a min of 30 days from the initial designation which was placed 10/5/20. Going through the final motions with OTCM. This temporary cloud will be removed soon.
