The heavily funded @nwci were given the lead on disappearing women from the constitution (as they had a good track record in this regard) & they pushed hard with all the might almost unlimited funds allow. They hosted a lavish launch in the Mansion House & dominated the airwaves. @OrlaNWCI is now “blaming” the government for their monumental failure. It seems like the NWCI, like @sinnfeinireland & @MaryLouMcDonald would still like to delete mothers from our constitution. Tough luck Orla & Mary Lou.
